The Future of Abortion Law After Dobbs v. Jackson
Show Notes

In May of this year, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to review Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a case that challenges the constitutionality of a 2018 Mississippi law banning abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy with few exceptions. A ruling by the Supreme Court that the law is constitutional could upend its own landmark decisions in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. Tom Buckley, in-house General Counsel for the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and Bill Francis, Director of the Respect Life and Human Rights Office for the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, join the podcast to discuss what the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs could mean for Missouri.
